What more can you do with Zucchini!

Make Pickled Zucchini!! These pickled zucchini are fantastic. They have a wonderful balance of tangy, slightly sweet flavour while still keeping a lovely crunch. They’re incredibly versatile – perfect on a grazing board, in sandwiches, or added to salads for a bit of zing. I’ll definitely be buying these again!
