Divine!

Tried some at the Handmade Markets in Canberra yesterday, woke up craving picked zucchini and have been eating straight from the jar. Amazing flavours, going to have to stock up!

What more can you do with Zucchini!

Make Pickled Zucchini!! These pickled zucchini are fantastic. They have a wonderful balance of tangy, slightly sweet flavour while still keeping a lovely crunch. They’re incredibly versatile – perfect on a grazing board, in sandwiches, or added to salads for a bit of zing. I’ll definitely be buying these again!
