JAM DROP BISCUITS

JAM DROPS

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain flour
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2tsp cream of tartar
  • 4oz butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tsp bi-carb soda

Method:

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs. Sift remaining dry ingredients into the mixture, mix well.

Roll mixture into little balls and put on to greased tray. Make a hole in centre of balls with your thumb and add dollop of your favourite Mitch's Preserves jam. Bake in Moderate oven 10 - 15 minutes.
