GF Lamington Bliss Balls

GF Lamington Bliss Balls - makes 10

Ingredients
- 200g medjool dates
- 90g Mitch's Preserves Raspberry Jam
- 140g almond meal
- 100g desiccated coconut
- 15g cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract


Method
1. In a food processor, blend the dates and jam until mostly smooth.
2. Add the almond meal, desiccated coconut, cacao powder and
vanilla. Blend until everything sticks together. Adjust texture if
needed with a little more almond meal or jam.
3. Weigh each ball to 50g and roll into a ball.
4. Roll in extra coconut.
5. Place in fridge for at least 30 minutes to set.
