CRAB APPLE & BRIE PASTRY BITES

- 1 sheety puff pastry, thawed

- 8oz brie cheese, chopped small

- 1 cup of Mitch's Preserves Crab Apple Jelly

- 1 egg, beaten

- fresh rosemary to garnish

Preheat oven 200C. Cut pastry into squares (about 3inches each) and place them on lined baking tray. Add a small spoonful of Jelly and and top with a piece of Brie.

Fold and seal the corners of the puff pastry over the filling to create a pocket. Bruch the tops of pastry with egg wash. 

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden, garnish rosemary and serve.
